  • Never heard of that before. I doubt the bank will accept it but could be wrong. I think I'd email E2Save first if they don't, give them about four days and then the LBA. It sounds like a genuine error and the court would be more impressed with your potential case if you had assumed that and tried to get it rectified before issuing a LBA. Or you could try calling them IF you can get through...!?
  • I am suing E2Save today for fundamental breach of contract and all outstanding and future cashbacks.

I understand I have to use their registered office address in London, but do I name E2Save or CPW in the claim?

    Many thanks

Does anyone know what the score is with this situation:

I sent my claim by special delivery as normal to Crewe. Royal mail have posted this message on the royalmail.com tracking system:

"Your item with reference ********** was delivered before 12:31 on 13/02/08.
As the item was redirected, it will have taken longer than usual. Please ensure the correct address is used for future mailings. "

Have e2save changed address?? Where has my letter been redirected? Does this mean they have received it?

I am very confused by that message, as i havent had any email telling me to change where to post my claims. Should i still be using the Crewe address?
  • If you sent it to the address you were supposed to there is no problem. Worry about the things which might be and not the things which aren't!

Don't send it to any other address EVEN if they tell you to. The vital thing is to fulfill your side of the terms and conditions (which mention the address). Breach that (even with their encouragement!) and I promise you they will reject your claim.

You have proof it was delivered (eventually). That's all you need. The lesson here is to post as early as possible.
  • Hi all, my E2Save claims go to Crewe address, whereas husbands' paperwork states a different PO address - any idea where to send his cashback claim & bill to? He's calling them today but I don't trust them!

  • They all go to PO box addresses. Stick with the addresses on the correct forms. If you don't know which is the correct form you have a bigger problem.

No need for sarcasm - I was after a simple answer.

It is a mistake to think the address you send in the forms to is a simple matter.

If you use the wrong address you have broken the conditions and they will be able to get out of paying you all remaining cashback.

Send your husband's forms to whatever address he was originally told to. No-one on this forum can possibly know the answer to your question.
