This is why I'm worried about my A&L account!

I hate Santander with a passion ever since the so-and-so's made me redundant - they still owe me £250 in wages! (This was in 2002!)

Paid by cash or used another card ie credit card or the wifes card/s. I would not get myself into a frenzy and OTT reactions like you. This has happened to me before and i dealt with it like an adult.

I think if the shoe was on the other foot, i think you'd be saying something completely different.

I think people need to shut up and get a grip, THIS HAPPENED TO US NOT YOU.

I WAS REALLY WOUND UP as it wasnt just a COUPLE OF HOURS, it was 10am til 4.30pm,

incase you dont go out, supermarkets my way shut at 4pm SUNDAY HOURS... which screwed many people up.

SO DONT even START by SAYING HOW PEOPLE SHOULD FEEL.
