Got a letter from LloydsTSB this morning, they are still hiding behind the Supreme Court ruling. Even after 2 years of waiting I have still not had anything from them, not even the financial expenditure form for claiming hardship. My direct debit charges of £385, and £245 cannot be judged by fairness even though the letter I got today clearly states that they charged £35 for a returned direct debit. Surely they must be breaching some sort of terms and conditions if they say charges are a certain amount and then take 10 times that amount, they might as well just nick my wallet as well.0

Hi,
Not sure if I can go anywhere with this, hence me writing on here for your help and guidance.
I have a £2000 overdraft limit with Natwest and I went over that limit once. Even after that miscaculation I've always stayed within my limit. Yet, the bank still charges me £31 in charges and £13 in interest - every month. Do I have a case of maybe taking this further?
Thanks for your time in reading this.0 -

Is the joint account still open or is the account noted as being in dispute?
Furthermore, will they agree to £70.00 as the money realistically should be split 50/50 and that would be reasonable under the circumstances?0 -

Charges do not have to be the cost to the banks to be fair. Are you in financial hardship?0 -

Ok, I think the_insider was asking you on your thread. I think the account might be either (a) a graduate account or (b) a former graduate account and it may even have the packaged account of Advantage Gold on it as well....
Need a bit more info as to type of account and when you graduated if it is a grad account.0 -

 go straight to the Ombusman and register you complaint like i did. They are very helpful and will take your details and send you papers to sign and send back. 0845 080 1800 good luck0
