It looks as though your O2 account has disappeared from TB except that it appears as it still appears in account settings, so go to Account Options again and selct the O2 account server settings and look at the Local Directory and post that here I cannot understand why it has disappeared.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Ok thats where it should have been, cant understand why it is not appearing, but something has gone wrong. So lets try again.
Go back to local folders and right click settings change the local directory back to
C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\4u6d6yd5.default\Mail\Local Folders
Restart Tb and you shoud have the O2 account and an empty local folders (well ok maybe a Junk in there)
Then post back if that is all ok Note there is no space in Local above this site does that sometimes4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 tracker again+ Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy0 -

Ok we'll do it step by step
Now right click local folders select settings, the on the server line you will have a Local Directory paste the location into Notepad and save it
then put in the F:\ThunderbirdPortable\Data\profile\Mail\Local Folders (use the Browse Button)
Close TB and restart
You should still have O2 in you Inbox and the pendrive stuff in Local Folders
Please confirm that is true if not I will have to go back to square one and try if with my OH's Outlook and a Pendrive.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Aint no sunshine ☀️ Octopus gas fixed dec 24 @ 5.74 tracker again+ Octopus Intelligent Flux leccy0 -
