(((Hugs))). I've been giving DH Brazil nuts, multi-vits and Vitamin E in the hope it'll help:o

Also zinc, DH has been doing all that for a few years now, I guess it doesn't help everyone. Were the tests done through a fertility clinic or GP? Any helpful advice given? We don't see them until the end of August, not expecting to hear anything particularly hopeful.

It was done at the fertility clinic. Was only given some supplements.
It was back in June, so hopefully DH's swimmers has improved somewhat...:o

Neither of us drink any at all so it's not a factor. We have been doing everything 'right' so to speak for years so nothing else that can be done to improve things. We can't do IVF so it's looking like the baby I lost a few weeks ago will be our last, so heartbreaking :(
  • Aw honey, don't write it off unless you've really decided you've had enough. Lots of hugs.

  • So sorry Sequeena & BBM xxxx I found my 2nd mc harder to get over mentally, although it was easier physically as I was not so far along. Still terrified of it happening again :o

    Thinking of you all xxx

I saw on a facebook profile of someone I fell out with years ago. She just had a baby girl. All I feel now is anger and envy. I just had another period. OH even doesn't bother now with trying. I'll be 34 in two months...Whatever. I've started a new business , is doing alright. I'll concentrate on it.

(((((hugs))))) Amara. I'm also trying to focus on other things, but it's hard. There's a lady I work with who is about 6 months pregnant, who is constantly moaning about how fat she feels, how uncomfortable she is. Drives me up the wall! I just feel like shouting "Do you know how flaming lucky you are?!!" I wish the pain would end.

What type of business do you have?
  • Hugs amara and portsmouthali.

Can you say to the woman at work who's pregnant "Yes you are getting a bit porky" :rotfl:
