dizziblonde: Not much help at the moment but the fact you actualy showed a possitive is a step forward, remember modern tests show way too early and lots can happen and often it does before you even know it. So don't give up hope it is a sign of things getting better, keep on looking after yourself, you can do it. I look forward to the time you tell us here all is going well and I am sure that will happen soon.

Hello to anyone who pops in here. Hope everyone is coping ok.

I'm getting to the point in this pregnancy where it all started to go wrong for me in january. I'm trying incredibly hard to keep my mind on other things, but it is so hard

I thought I had the beginnings of morning sickness yesterday, which actually really raised my spirits, but nothing today. I'm so terrified of mc'ing again, even though we're a bit more 'clued up' now as to what happens etc, the thought of it just sends me cold

It seems like such a long road, and I daren't let myself get excited or look at baby stuff etc as in my mind something may well still go wrong. It'd be nice to get to a point where I can actually enjoy their pregnancy and get excited.

I doubt I'll be anywhere near there until I at least get to see the baby and heartbeat at 12 weeks.

Having said that however, I saw the heartbeat twice last time, was reassured for a few days, yet still went on the mc..heartbreaking

Sorry to be miserable. There isn't really anywhere else I can put my feelings down though. Kudos to you again Ali for staring this thread. it's amazing the amount of support here

MV hugs, just take each day at a time, its all you can do in the beginning. I certainly had the odd day when I went a bit crazy, esp in the morning as I seemed to get afternoon sickness so would worry all morning. I'm still checking for bleeding everytime I go to the toilet, I don't think we relax till we have had that scan now but remember what you said to me the other day, don't borrow tomorrows anxiety today or something, it applies to you to. Until you know different try and enjoy this pregnancy because the chances are you are going to be fine x

Thanks MERFE..sometimes it's easy to give out good advice but not necessarily take it!

I am stupidly tired this afternoon though. Think it's partly because I was a greedy cow and ate too much at lunch, and partly becuase work is just boring me senseless today.

I had to sneak into the boardroom just now and have a 10 minute power nap on the sofa!

Not so restful as I was paranoid someone was going to come in at any moment and ask me what I was doing!

Hope the next 5 days flies by for you MERFE. The waiting is uber-painful, but I'm sure all will be well

Hi there everyone I am sorry for butting in but maybe one of you ladies can answer a question for me please.
When someone suffers a miscarriage very early on in a pregnancy how long does the digital pregnancy test show as pregnant for.
Not explaining myself very well,I know a certain hormone becomes less as the days go on but when do they say yes you have lost it as the hormons are back to normal now.
Hope someone knows what I mean.
