Manc.. kick up a fuss.. it sounds like a mess and sometimes you need to be assertive to make them take action .. I opted for ERPC with most of mine because it has less pain, less bleeding and is done quicker.. over and done and home within 3 hours. It's ridiculous.. I do wonder why they offer it as an option, it regularly fails like this.. huge hugs petal xxx

Thank you for the need confidence boost ladies - I kicked off a bit and am booked in for tomorrow morning for the d&c. Currently at home resting and so happy that the end is in sight now. Misoprostol was awful for me, never again!!! (But hopefully never again in the position to need it).

Hoping for a happy, healthy 2016 after this bumpy start Xx

    Glad you're home and resting.

Hope the op goes well tomorrow, am sure it'll be fine and you'll be on the road the recovery very soon.

Remember to take pads with you as the ones they use are massive and like wedges of cotton wool. I used Always nighttime with wings but bleeding wasn't too bad. Keep some ibuprofen or paracetamol ready at home in case you need them.

Perhaps take a book with you in case you are waiting around for a bit.

Above all, stay strong - big love

Oh Manc I'm so sorry to hear that you're still going through all of this. Glad to hear you're home and resting and after tomorrow you can begin to physically recover.

I am lucky that I never had to have an ERPC with my miscarriage, but the pain of doing it "naturally" was the most excrutiating thing I've ever experienced, so heaven knows how you are feeling!

    Hugs xxxxx

    Hi All,
I'm home now, it all went very smoothly without complications, no pain and little bleeding and it's finally over - my body is my own again. The relief is unbelievable. I can't say enough abort the nurses and surgeon who were so sensitive and caring.
I know moving on will be a process but at least I am free of all the stress and worry now.
Thank you all so much for the love and support, I'll never forget it Xxx
