My midwife told me at my booking appointment that if your mum had more than three miscarriages you are at risk of experiencing mc yourself. Thats one of the reason why they ask if there are recurrent mc's in your family at your booking in appointment usually.

Is that true?? My mum had 3 mc's and so have i? Mums had three children then 3 mc's so i reckon im doing it the other way round 3mc's then 3 children!!

GFH i don't know if anyone can take anymore blood out off me. Im quite petite so i always think they will need to put it back in me:rotfl:glad your feeling better.
  • Laura how are you feeling hon?

My CBFM arrived this morning so that's given me a little more PMA :)

I was petrified that I would need a blood transfusion, silly old me. Think its important to keep drinking water as I got really dehydrated without realising it. How are you feeling?

My Mum had 5mc's before she had me, then she had my brother and no one at the hospital ever asked me.

I had one mc in 2005 and that was my 3rd pregnancy, so I guess whatever caused them for her didn't rub off on me.

I do feel for all you ladies going through it right now, especially those who've been trying for a long time. it is very stressful.

Mine fell in the middle of a hideous relationship split, and I didn't tell anyone till afterwards and just carried on as normal throughout. I think those of you who've been open with bosses etc are very brave, and well done for taking time off to rest, you need it x

It will get better ladies, it will.

Sorry grateful didn't have chance to get back on here until now. My husband rang the hospital for advice because I was losing quite a lot and they advised I go in. They monitored me there and decided that I needed a d&c at 11pm.
    How are you feeling today?
I'm having a very tearful day today Hubs just asked if I wanted anything and I asked for a big hug which did me wonders. I think I sobbed on his shoulder for 10 mins but really needed to do it x
