AFM - I discovered I was pregnant again a couple of weeks ago, but went for a scan which showed that I was either only 5 weeks or the pregnancy wasn't progressing. 3-4 days later I started spotting and still am 2 days later. I'm in limbo as expecting to get a proper bleed at some point to confirm the miscarriage but still hanging on to the very slight hope that maybe not. I'm back at hospital on Thursday so will discuss the situation then, but I hate this not knowing.
Just to follow up from this, had heavy bleeding today and scan showed inevitable miscarriage. Going back for a scan in 2 weeks to confirm its complete etc. All staff were lovely to me, so feel very fortunate, although obviously feel !!!! about the situation. Thanks for support etc0 -
I'm really so sorry to hear that Betty
Sending ((((huge hugs)))). Hope you're able to take some time off and just take things slowly.

Oh ladies, so sad to see you all here again.
I had a mc at about 5 weeks last month...feel ok really, it was over quickly so that was a relief.
Big hugs to you all x0 -
I'm sorry Air-Cooled and Gelly, hope your doing OK now (physically at least).
I'm waiting for the worst to be over, I have a feeling I might be making a weekend of it.
This is my 3rd loss in a row. Early miscarriage (5-6 weeks), loss of twins at 22 weeks, now this (7 weeks). Even though it's technically 3 miscarriages, it's unlikely that they'll investigate as the late term loss was a cervix problem, this one it looks like the yolk sac and baby didn't develop properly and the sac has separated from the womb and is heading out. So unlikely to be any underlying reasons that they can do anything about, probably put it down to my age (and there's nothing I can do about that!).
I've had VIP treatment at the hospital after my previous loss, which is lovely, but didn't stop me losing this latest one. Very grateful but also very !!!!ed off.0 -

Betty, I'm not surprised you're really angry with how things have turned out. ((((Sending huge hugs)))):A :heartpuls June 2014 / £2014 in 2014 / £735.97 / 36.5%0
