Sadly I'm back again - another miscarriage last week at 8 weeks.
I truly appreciate all the support I had on here from January with the missed miscarriage.
We're doing fine - a little emotional still at times but mother nature had decided that something must have been wrong with this pregnancy too and took the decision for us.
We had our annual street party on Saturday and we told some of the neighbours who knew about the previous one (we are a very close bunch of neighbours) - the hugs and cuddles we had from them along with lots of stories about their histories too, really helped. We are very lucky to have such a lovely bunch of neighbours who we truly call friends.
Hoping that nobody has to come over here to join me any time soon.
Much love
Gelly

Oh Gelly, bless you. I'm so so sorry, it sounds as if you have a lot of lovely people round you and I hope that will help you through the next few days/weeks. Best wishes to you and your OH, look after each other and I hope you will find comfort in the fact that you are not alone either in real life or here.

Oh Gelly, I'm so sorry to see you back here. I had everything crossed for you that this would be your time, but as you say Mother Nature decided it wasn't to be. *biggest of biggest hugs to you*
You are so incredibly lucky to have such a lovely bunch of neighbours who are so supportive of you and your hubby. I hope they continue to support you during the future weeks/months.
*biggest hugs to you*

Oh Gelly I'm so sorry :A huge hugs. I hope you don;t feel I'm being craass when I say this, and I say it because I've been in your position and I did find it oddly helpful, but next time you will either get a baby, or you will get tests and help, and both of those are positive things. It was only by having tests that I am due to have a baby again. Like I say, I hope you don;t think it's crass, it was something I found comforting when I was in your position.xxxx:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Thanks all for your kind wishes - we are ok with it, Mother Nature took the decision away from us early on so when I think about it, I'd hate to have to make the decision later on should the pregnancy be further progressed and tests show problems.
We both think it's the healthiest attitude to have and it will happen when everything is right - just hoping it's sooner rather than later.
The saddest part for me is that both my parents are disabled and my Dad is terminally ill - he was given about a year last August and although he's doing remarkably well, that won't last forever so we are desperate for him to meet a little one of our own.
Skintchick - I don't think you are being crass at all - the complete opposite in fact and I agree with everything you say. Number 3 for us will either give us our very much longed for baby or will give us tests to find out what's wrong.
Thank you all - you are wonderful!
Gelly
