Yes hope everyone was ok today. I felt a bit sad this morning as I remembered what a depressing day this was for me last year. I hope everyone gets their rainbow baby soon xx

    Hi all,

It's wonderful to see that nobody has posted on here for a month - that's got to be a good thing hasn't it?

Just wanted to check in and say that unfortunately I've joined you this time - have had a missed miscarriage and found out on Thurs at 9+3 that things stopped progressing about 6ish weeks - it was natural triplets too so was quite a shock.

Hospital admitted me straight after my scan at the EPU on Thurs and I had surgery at 11.15 that night - clearly upset but we will get through this and it's already brought us much closer - we're a very strong couple.

Had a private scan the week before and guessed what was happening so we were a little prepared for the bad news.

Will get through the next few weeks but really want to start trying again now we know we can do it - we'd been trying for over a year before we got our BFP.

I've had a read through this thread and can see that everybody has been wonderfully supportive - you are all a wonderful bunch!

    Love Gelly

  • So sorry to hear your news Gelly. I was just thinking yesterday how nice it was that this thread was quiet (if you see what I mean), but please use it as much as you can.

I lost twins at 12 weeks in the summer. They would have been due soon, so I know how you are feeling. It was my 3rd mc. Let us know what we can do to support you, but I'm thrilled you and OH are getting through it together.

    Much love Xx

    Hi Gelly,

Sorry to see your sad news - that must have been a shock. Hope you are recovering physically ok and that you and your OH can have some quiet time together to help each other through.

Please don't hesitate to post if you need to, lots of us keep an eye on the thread so it's not usually long before you'll get a response.

    Love from MsB x

(((((Hugs Gelly))))) So sorry to read your news, it's such a sad time. It's great that it has brought you and your OH together, I felt the same way. Going through struggles helps you stick together and be strong (although of course no-one would wish for them). I hope you're recovering from the op okay and am thinking about you.

Thank you all - it's such a horrible place to be but we've found that when you talk to your close friends and family, it's scary how many people say it's also happened to them too.

I really feel ok - have had a few cramping pains but have got good pain killers so that's helping.
