Hi claire, good luck with the holiday, a mini break is a great idea!

I've been trying since August 2011, hopefully this will be the year for us all!
  • yes, fingers crossed 2013 is a good one for sticky beans!!

I think i have finally stopped bleeding now! all my swabs came back normal, so no underlying infection, I reckon my body was telling me it needed a break!

I'm hoping the practice nurse can sort out my cervical smears, and then I can fit one of those in before ttc again. I'm 4 months late for my annual smear as recommended by the gynae, but the local screening programme won't accept me on anything less than 3 yearly.

Im rather jealous about your holiday claire, I was meant to be going away this month but I'll be staying home looking after my hobbly dog!

I hope so too. We started June 2011. Had a break from Jan 2012 to July 2012. Feels like Ive been on fertility friend and the ttc board for a life time, especially when I see people who I talked to on there now with actual babies.

Aw what happened to your dog anyname? good news on your results!

Claire, if you add the 3 months you were pregnant to the 7 you weren't trying, it's not actually that long. Try to take some comfort in that - you are still well within 'normal' limits.

I know that doesn't help in any way though, and even 1 unsuccessful month feels like too long :o

Hopefully things this year will be good for you and lots of others on the TTC board.

Yeah I actually feel fairly positive in that respect. If it came to it I would rather have had the mc than not got pregnant at all. Just hope my body doesn't mess about with ovulation now.

I hope this is a good year for you lily.
  • Back where again, pretty sure I'm having a mc, again!

The weird thing is on Monday I have pg symptom overload, tired, grumpy, hormonal, giant swollen boobs, nipples that killed, the works.

Then Tues, pink wipe & cramps strong to moderate ever since :-(

Has anyone else had the surge of symptoms before?
    :j - DS - 7
    :A 2011
    :j - DS - 1 (threatened mc for months!)
    :A - ectopic? Feb 2013
    :o - PG EDD Nov 2013

Hi there - everyone's different, but I felt pregnant within days of ovulation and my symptoms became more and more intense until the day I miscarriage at 5-6 weeks. But might be best to get checked out as the body does strange things.

Sorry if it's not good news :(

How are you doing today MMM?

If there's no red blood things might still be ok. Cramps can be just things settling down. Hope you're ok.
