I thought I had posted an update on here but I can't see it now. Sorry if I am repeating myself.

Apparently the poo thing WAS the baby, or at least the sac with the baby inside. The scan showed an empty uterus and I've almost stopped bleeding so it is over.

This has been physically the easiest of my miscarriages. I fell fine right now but I'm sure it will catch up with me soon.

My GP is referring me for tests so we can get some answers.

OH is finding it hard.

I just need to sleep now. Lost a lot of blood today and feel literally drained.

Just got back from EPU and I have an 8 week baby but no heartbeat . Really expected them to tell me the pregnancy hadnt progressed beyond 5 weeks so it upset me to find out it had.

Im terrified now about what to expect, have booked in for medical management on Thursday but Im kind of hoping it doesnt come to that.

MAIRE - how are you feeling today?

AFM I am very wobbly. Woke up and burst into tears, and keep doing that periodically. Am trying to keep busy so have caught up on some admin, tidied, washed up, done two loads of washing, and am off to meet a friend at the garden centre for lunch so DD can play in the play area while I chat. OH is coming home early too. He offered to stay home but he had an important meeting in London about the Olympics so I made him go as I am physically OK.

Still in shock I think, it's just so hard to get my head round.

Amus I'm sorry to hear that, I had the medical management if you have any questions. I took the first pill on the Friday and the baby passed on the Sunday I think, not sure when exactly cos I refused to look. Just realised that's a year ago today
But the point of putting that is even if things don't happen naturally you might only need the first part of the medical management to give things a helping hand. Be thinking of you and all our ladies x x x
