It's always worrying when this thread pops up again.

skintchick - I'll be thinking of you a lot. Don't come to any conclusions about what may or may not be happening....try just to get through the next few days and then you will at least have some definite information.

maire1 - so so sorry. You poor soul. Please accept my sympathy and also some information...you said that you know nothing is done after two mcs but a friend of mine begged her GP for a referral after her second mc and she got it. She was sent to an excellent obstetrician/gynaecologist and had a healthy baby on pregnancy #3. I hope this is encouraging for you and I will be keeping you in my thoughts

Maire I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Nothing anyone can say will stop it hurting and feeling the most unfair thing in the world..because that's what it is.

How are you now, your light is on but not sure if you still reading.

skintchick, so sorry I only just saw your post.

How are things now? Brown blood is meant to be less of a worry than bright red, so perhaps the fact that the spotting is brownish is a better sign?

I really hope you get good news at your scan tomorrow.

Big hugs Marie - so sad for you. Take care of yourself and hugs for your OH too. :A

Skintchick - Try to keep the PMA huni, theres lots of reasons for spotting in early pregnancy - it doesn't necessarily mean the worst - altho I know how hard it must be not to think that way especially after 4 losses It will be tricky to pick up a hearbeat on a doppler before 12 weeks so try not to use it as it will only add to the anxiety and worry. Fingers crossed for good news tomorrow xxx

It's getting red again and I have had some very small clots. Also the cramping is getting worse. I'm trying to be positive but it is very hard. Thanks for all all your thoughts I do appreciate it.

Skintchick, I've only just seen your post. Like everyone else I truely hoped you would have had an easier time of it this time. I'm keeping my fingers crossed you get positive news today.

Marie, I'm so sorry you're going through this again and I understand your need for answers. It still plays on my mind that I don't know why we lost our first two babies. The only thing I can say to you is it isn't your fault. Be kind to yourself.
