... It sound as though you are doing the right thing by keeping your fluid intake up. I hope its all come away ok too. One thing you said about your hubby being very supportive, my hubby was too in his own way but I remembered that it was my mum who was with me most of the time. My hubby bless him did loads of ironing as he did not know what to do with himself :o he is not good with anything medical we did laugh about how many things he had ironed but it was completely inappropriate.
The temperature seems to have dropped quite a bit, hope you are keeping warm too.

Bless him :o PIL came up Friday and MIL has already taken our washing and ironing.
Mine and DH moods seem to go up and down at opposite times which is quite good because we can comfort each other while been relatively calm IYSWIM.

We have the heating on and I'm cozy under the duvet. We have one of those guest beds that is a single bed with another that pulls out from underneath to make a double. DH has bought that downstairs for us to sleep on for a few days because I didn't want to associate our room with the mc. Also I can watch tv as a distraction.

    Thank you MV.

Can I ask is some mild cramping afterwards normal? It's not bad enough that I need to take pain killers and it comes and goes. I'm sure it's ok but just want to check (obviously not medical advice just experience ;))

.. I am sure your family are glad to be doing something constructive even if its only washing. I completely understand your reasoning for sleeping downstairs and anything that makes things easier for you to cope is a good thing.
Glad you are cozy under the duvet.
I dont expect you will sleep yet but nite Emsbet

Yes, I've had some cramping afterwards - I think it's just your womb going back to it's normal size. Glad you're at home & being looked after. Take care of yourself xxxxxx

Yes cramping is completely normal. It's just your body getting itself back to normal, it will be out of sorts right now.

Best thing you can do is try and relax, rest and get lots of sleep.
