    Thank you ali.
Nothing happened in the end last night and all the cramping stopped so we are off to the hospital in a couple of hours. I'm scared but also looking forward to it been over so we can say goodbye properly and start the process of moving on.
Thank you all for your support and kind words. It as helped me greatly to know I'm not alone.

I know I lost my baby very early but the pain was horrible, on Wed/Thurs/Fri even walking was hard. And with the blood lost the headache took over yest and today, it's easing now, thankfully.

Hope you are ok Emsbet, sending you hugs.
  • Ive been wondering if I need to visit the doctor for a check up, Im feeling ok but a little bit concerned that I havent been examined at all or told if I need to be aware of anything,

Did anyone else see their Doctor afterwards ? Its been a little over a week now.

    Hello everyone,

We are finally back. The mc itself went as well as can be expected. We got to see our little one and say goodbye. (s)he was too small to tell what the sex was so we've stuck with our nickname that we used and named baby Alex (our nickname was sir Alex as DH is Man u fan).

I was told I needed to stay in for an hour or so to check the bleeding but it ended up been another four (12 in total) as I was having really heavy bleeding and passing lots of clots. They let me go after two trips to the toilet showed less. I'm just glad to be home although I have just passed quite a lot more so will have to keep an eye on it. I hope it settles soon as I don't want to go back.

DH has been a real star looking after me. Ended up having pethedin as pain was quite bad which made me spacey and I started singing to him. It would have been comical in any other situation.

Re:HPT it is to check your HcG levels are decreasing- I have to take mine in two weeks.

    xx

Emsbet (((hugs))) for you and your hubby and bless baby Alex.
I hope the bleeding settles and you can rest with hubby by your side. I know that I along with the ladies on here have all been thinking of you today, wanting you home safely and for it to be over for you both. I think I bled for just over a week afterwards, I also upped foods rich in iron to help me recover. Take each day as it comes and take care both of you.
