Could I ask a question please, I've never had a miscarriage myself, so can't imagine how it feels, My husband knows of someone who has just lost a baby at around 21 weeks pregnant, we've sent them our thoughts via text, but was thinking about sending a card.
Would you have liked a card?
I said if I send one she has a choice to either put it up or throw it away, whereas if I don't send one, then she can't do either.0 -
Hi bunny- we recieved a couple of cards, which was a lovely thought and meant a lot but i did throw them away as i didnt want a reminder.
I would say a card will explain that you are thinking of them. Xx0 -
Hello Bunny,
You are kind to try to check out what you should do - well done you.
I think yes, a card would be lovely. Even if it just says that you're thinking of them, it feels like the right thing to do.

I would love to have received a card from the long distance relatives that knew, I wouldn't have put them up in the lounge, but perhaps it my bedroom? Just don't leave it too long, I wouldn't want to receive that now, as getting through the upset.:j - DS - 7

I also agree that a card is a lovely thought, I certainly appreciated the ones that I got.
Had my GP appointment for the consultant referral yesterday - what a lot of blood test forms!! Got to have one lot at CD5, another at CD21, then another lot with my OH. I actually think the witch is imminent, not often I wish for her but always do after mc0 -
