It amazes me how people think they can successfuly ignore a debt enforcement organisation. Sooner or later these cases will come to a head. Do not say that you have not been warned!

As you well know, a "debt enforcement organisation" is just your fancy name for a debt collector. These people have no powers. As there is no actual "debt", there is no money to owe. You say "these cases will come to a head" actually means that if you ignore the stupid threatening letters then they will eventually go away because the case would be laughed out of court.

People gain CCJs all the time over Enforcement Notices issued by Independent Enforcement Agencies. Not all of them make it onto the internet.

Lurking Enforcer - hurry up and get on with it then! After months of receiving stupid letters from G24 and related companies you've still not done anything! How many times are you going to threaten me with a '72 hour home visit' etc etc??? Why do you have to keep saying 'this is the final warning' etc etc, when it clearly isn't! I've not replied to any of your letters - so I'm clearly not going to pay. Now either go away and stop harassing me or take me to court where we can sort it out!!!

If 'Lurking Enforcer' would care to publish a list of car parks that he, or she, is involved in then we can test his, or her, opinions in court with proper legal argument.

CCJ`S from a PPC go for it i could have a collection of them just like your tickets and letters thats if you ever get one if in first place
