PP - I've been having a lengthy SMS conversation with Nelski about how I reckon I'll need several housewarming parties cos the flat isn't big enough to get all my mates in :p ... It's on the first floor so I might have to cart you up the stairs on me back :D:p ... One of my first purchases (right up there with the fridge-freezer and washing machine) will be a nice comfy sofa - one that becomes a sofa-bed when I have friends over ;) ... I've already visualised where I'll put it :D ... Must arrange to go back over there and take some accurate measurements (only took vague ones when I viewed) so I can start working out what I can put where! ... Am actually pretty pleased that there's very little built-in storage space, as I'm a natural clutter-monster and I'm sure if I had access to large walk-in cupboards I'd turn into that woman off Spendaholics who had a back room you could basically get completely lost in :o ... So I'll have to think about effective storage solutions, and steering clear of accumulating "stuff" that is not useful, attractive or important ... Right, got to go ... must make it to colleague's drinks do next door before I have to walk over the bridge to the concert I'm going to ... Am very smug that in 2 months' time my commute home will be 25 minutes door to door (or less if I cycle), rather than an hour :j :j

    Hi kiwichick,

You should get some help with this if you post on the Credit Cards board, they really seem to know their stuff over there.
