Anyone used RPC Recycle?

Why? As long as it's not worth more than £45 and you have proof of despatch Royal Mail will cough up.

Used RPC Recycle this week for my Sony Ericsson Xperia x10 as they quote the best price for me. I noticed that there headquarters was in the centre of Norwich so i could get a work colleague to actually drop it off for me saving me the postage.

Email them to ask whether it could just be dropped off and they replied what it could. Dropped off yesterday morning, email from at 11:45 saying they had received the phone and just received another email this morning about 15 mins ago say they have processed my BACS payment and will be in my bank in 3 days.

Overall excellent service and couldnt fault them!

Cannot fault RPC - e-mailed them about 3 phones, received the padded envelope a couple of days later, sent off the phones via special delivery, received an e-mail saying they'd received the phones and received the cheque within 2 days for the full amount they'd quoted me! All done and dusted in less than a week. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Requested freepost envelope, arrived the next day. Sent the mobile phones off that day. Email to confirm receipt the next day. Cheque posted the same day they received the phones. I received the cheque next day. All done and dusted within 4 days. Fantastic service - will definately use again and would absolutely recommend. It's just so easy. Just a point - when using the freepost get a proof of posting from the post office - it will insure your package up to £41 if it goes missing.

I sent off a load of old handsets, some of which I weren't sure whether qualified as working or not, but received full payment within days, no queries, no aggro.

Just received payment directly into account for £100. Posted on Thurs last week so incredibly quick. Received exactly the amount quoted despite the phone being tempermental... Highly recommended!

Based on this forum advice have used RPC twice now and very quick, efficient service. Also used Fonebank and got similar experience.
Both low cost old phones and got advertised price for both.

Excellent prompt service, could not fault at all.

Received my recorded delivery envelope within two days of placing my order. It was the same with my cheque - phone was posted away on Wednesday this week, I received an e-mail confirming receipt of delivery on the Thursday, and the cheque was received on the Friday, and for the amount stated on the website. The biggest delay in the whole process was myself getting it to the Post Office!

I would not hesitate to recommend RPC Recycle :T
