Anyone used RPC Recycle?

Ripoff - stay away from RPC Recycling - they offer a high price to suck you in, then drop the price on some technicality - then make it difficult to get the phone back. Scammers - avoid them.0

Only registered to give comments...sent phone blackberry bold which was wrapped in bubble wrap as per instructions. Screen had no scratches on it at all, yet they came back saying screen was scratched and the phone had excessive wear and tear. Definitely not the case... Proper rip-off merchants.
Whatever is quoted, you might as well discount 30% immediately as that is more likely to be the price paid. They have you over a barrel as the cost of sending (and returning) makes declining the offer virtually redundant. Very poor, will not use again.0

Wish I had listened to the feedback, they are terrible. offered £121 and when they received the phone, which there is nothing wrong with and nothing but a couple small scratched from wear and tear they offered me £24.
I have requested for my phone back. Reading reviews it makes me think they offer the most for them to get the phone to offer an absolute abysmal amount of money.
 NEVER AGAIN!0

I've used them a few times. Never had a problem..."I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0

I sent a perfectly working Galaxy S3 (quote£103), after they received it they advised it had excessive scratches on the back (a £3 bit of plastic), and reduced the offer to £70! I rang to say send it back, they negotiated and upped the offer to £85. As I didn't want to pay £3 to get it back, then £7 postage to send it somewhere else, I accepted. Told I'd get paid in 7 working days.............2 weeks later, still no payment AVOID AVOID AVOID 0 AVOID AVOID AVOID 0

OMG I wish I had read the reviews before I used RPC. They had my phone as submitted and checked on 21st July and 9 working days later were still quoting their 7 working day T&C to me. In the end, after about 3 weeks of waiting, I contacted them by email and told them if my status was not updated by the end of the day to advise that payment was coming, I would report them to their local Trading Standards for false advertising. I had my money the next day 0 0
