Anyone used RPC Recycle?

RPC came up on top on the comparison chart for my Blackberry Bold @ 85 GBP. Selected Freepost, got the phone in the mail quickly owing to holiday season took a few weeks but I was kept updated with frequent updates and the payment is on my to the bank account. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone looking to make a few bucks of their old phone.0

I initially went to RPC through Topcashback on 8/12/10 after using the mobile tool on MSE. They quoted me £23 for my 2-3 years old nokia 3110c, which was about £5 or so more than the next best price.
There was a delay in receiving the envelope, which I received around 16/12/10, this could have been due to the bad weather. Due to being busy with christmas coming and bad weather I didn't send my phone back before christmas as I thought it might just get lost in the christmas post. They sent me a reminder on 27/12/10 saying the quote was only valid for a few more days and I posted my phone from my local post office they next day it was open by normal post but got a certificate of posting on 29/12/10.
I got a 'received' email from RPC on 30/12/10, very surprised to receive it so quick as I thought I might not hear until the New Year, they said it was currently with the quality assessment team and they would get back to me once approved. I was advised if it didnt meet their working order terms they would make me a new offer and I would have 7 days to accept the new offer. I half expected them to offer me a lower amount, but I received an email on 31/12/10 saying my phone had passed and they had processed my payment of £23 and I should receive in my bank account in the next few days.
Just checked my back today and the money has arrived, considering this has all occurred between Christmas and New Year I am very impressed with the service and would use them again.
Topcashback is showing the cashback as pending and due for payment on 28/2/11 - will update when received.0

Very efficient service - the only delay was caused by me as I got my returns envelope just before christmas but chose to wait until after to send my phone back. In the meantime RPC emailed me with reminders to send it back. I went for the cheque option which arrived quickly but is now sat waiting for me to take it to the bank!Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.0

I was mildly sceptical when I requested my envelope, but it arrived by return so I posted off a BlackBerry Bold 9000 using 1st class signed-for as they suggested. I got an email the next morning saying they'd received the 9000 and were testing it. Early afternoon I got another email to say that they were paying me and the cheque for £86 (their initial valuation) was in the post. It arrived within 2 days.
Their communication was excellent and their service very efficient. I would certainly use them again.0

RPC came up as the best priced on the MSE comparison tool. Put in the order on Saturday the 5th, got the envelope yesterday (Tuesday 8th), stuck it in the post recorded the same day and today got an email to say that they'd received my order. Checked my order status this evening and it has silently updated to say that they've looked over it and will be paying out. This is after a total of two working days. It'll probably take longer for the BACS payment to clear.
Very quick. I'm very impressed.urs sinserly,
