  • Very happy with this company - RPC Recycle. Was quoted £75 for an old Nokia, received & posted back envelope on Tuesday, they emailed to confirm price on Friday and £75 was in my bank account the following Tuesday. Only slight criticism was jiffy envelope was a bit flimsy, I actually used another stronger one of my own as was worried about the phone being damaged in post. But otherwise a very good, easy and efficient transaction.
  • I have been meaning to review this company 4 a couple of months, as service was so good.
i was quoted £175 for my old blackberry, which was in good working order but the face had some wear to it. I sent the phone myself by special delivery, i packed very carefully to sensure wouldnt get damaged.
i received email notifications the next day to say they had received the phone that they would check the phone over to make sure was working, they would then they would get back to me with the price they would pay. Shortly after I received an Email to say everything was fine and they would pay the full £175 and would be transfered shortly...I received my money the SAME DAY!! so 10 out of 10 amasing service, and would 100% recommend :T:A
  • The first time I have used any phone recycling service and was quite nervous about sending through to RPC Recycle (they came out with the top price on a comparison website). Asked them to send through an envelope (they did, promptly) and then I took two weeks to work up the courage to post my phone to them (used recorded delivery so spent around 1.50 as a safety measure). They acknowledged receipt promptly, and updated me on the results of their assessment within 24 hours... full price paid into my account within 3 days!

    Brilliant!!

I sent my old nokia 6500 classic to rpc on monday using freepost envelope with proof of purchase. I recieved email on tues to say they recieved and checked it and were offering a lower value (£9.25 instead of £18.50) the reason they said was the phone would not make calls, I don't know how true this is as I have not used it for such a long time however I know it was working ok about a year ago when last used, I emailed customer services and asked them to revalue as I thought it was wrong, checked on the site today and they have revalued at £15 so I have decided to accept as they charge a minimum of £5 to send it back to you.
Very fast service, and as I say I cannot 100% say it was definitley working so I am happy with the revalued price.

A big thumbs up, sent a bb8900, nokia e63 and old samsung g600 on Monday, had notification that full payment has been made to me today. Very impressed.
  • Well pleased. Phone posted 11 August, e-mail to confirm receipt 12 August, e-mail to confirm payment on its way Monday 15th, payment received 17th. 6 days in total, only 5 working days and at the price quoted on their site.
  • Sent phone special delivery Friday. Arrived Monday. Received email same day to confirm they had received it and a couple of hours after that received email they had paid full amount,no quibbles. Money arrived in bank account within 2 days. Excellent service.
  • Very positive experience. Read the reviews here and decided to go with RPC. My N95 was well used and the back was held on with selotape, it was in full working order, RPC quoted me £54 and paid me the full amount. From putting in my order to receiving the money it took 5 working days. Very impressed :j
  • Sent my nokia 6300 off on Saturday 17th September by freepost but got proof of posting. However they have not received my parcel. Customer service is very quick at replying to emails but they cannot track parcel because i used freepost. I now have to wait to see if it turns up if it doesn't after 15 days i need to make a claim through the post office. Taught me not to use freepost.
