    no update from them yet on their web site it just still has my status as received and no email yet to confirm they have tested it either, hopefully wont take much longer!

    have had a reply from the email, must say very quick response to contact from customers! apparently there is a delay this week but they have checked the update of my order and phone all ok, so i should receive the cheque next week, so thanks rpc

    had an email today stating cheque issued, so am quite pleased with them so far, no trying to issue a lower price than quoted and £10 more than the next nearest company

    I totally agree. I sent them a Nokia N96, which had a couple of minor scratches and they still sent me the full amount within 5 days.

    Excellent communications and service. I'd definitely use them again! :T

    I've just used them and i'm very impressed with the speedy service and communication i received. I sent my phone on Monday, had two emails from them yesterday (the first to say they had received my phone and the second to say my payment had been sent), and my £70 cheque arrived today. Would definitely recommend! :)

    I sent them a phone on Wednesday ,cheque received Saturday.I got exactly what they originally quoted.They emailed when the phone arrived,then when it was approved they emailed again confirming payment.
    I was actually surprised how smoothly the whole process went.
