Still no bunce on my Egg Money Mastercard. Got to expect a few more weeks/months of Santander inefficiency I guess.

Sounds like they are trying the same nonsense again. Their administration is appalling.

At least they told you, by phone, that they were missing documentation - every single time (about 5 times) I phoned, they claimed they had not received my app, even after the date they eventually claimed to have written asking for the "missing info".

nothing here yet, i cant be bothered chasing it, if i get it i get it if i dont i dont.

Ive just rang and chased again (app made 4/1 online) and was told to try applying again by some very helpful lady in a call centre far far away.

Great service. Ive also got a balance to transfer so feel sickened that Im stuck in this situation.

Applying again will put another search on your credit report.

They havent even done the first search yet - just checked my Equifax record. :mad: The operator told me that she could put a request through to cancel the initial application - ah yes - Im sure I believe that that will work seeing as how there are 6 "chasers" already in to sort out the application in the first place and not one of them has proved fruiful. *mutter mutter*.

phooey - I seem to exist at Equifax but not with Experian without sending all my gubbins in. Think I might wait and ask Lloyds to take it on as I bank with them Theyve told me they wont need to do a credit search - as that true ?
