I did not see where it asks for a attachment to send copy of the quote/survey or invoice!!!! I believe this is done at a later date.

Can I ask a quick question here, looked at the online form last night - where they want the installer accreditation no, is this the gas safe number of the installer or what ? Thanks

I know what you mean, I've registered (I hope they haven't cocked it up) and am waiting for the forms to be sent and I was curious as to what other info they require as I have my plumber lined up and cash ready to buy the boiler.

Doesn't matter it's still a massive con trick and all to do with meeting govt targets rather than saving you money.

Good morning: seems a no brainer i.e. if you had already planned to replace your Band G (or less) boiler why not grab a £400 savings on the installation.

Oh I totally agree for those that had already made that decision and done the maths on the payback period of having a new boiler. Its those who hadn't, see something for nothing and haven't worked out that its going to take 10 years or so to get their money back that allowing themselves to be conned. I mean is there a point in replacing a perfectly functioning boiler which may have another 20 years life in it just to saddle yourself with addl cost you neither want nor need at the moment?
