wot.. just come off phone got Free HD box free install and 12 mths hd subs free. The guy went away and checked and came back saying I hit the offer bang on and said something about loyalty offer. and gave it to me straight way. Id give it ten and try again. when he said about no call being logged to my number i just ah the misses left me a message about it so not sure but i will check with when she get home from work. Thats when he checked with his supervisor

i got passed onto a guy who i think was from hd but said he wasnt the right deptartment to do the offer and there was no record of the call offering it on my account

Managed to upgrade To HD with Free installation with the link on page 7 but instaed of "New" on the end, change to "existing".



Couldn't get free HD subscription. Felt I was trying to flog dead horse with that 1 in the end. Phoned several times and I'm sure it must of been logged I was trying to blag it.

I did manage to get half price package for 6 months by joining sky talk, however Sky Talk order won't go through as I'm still within contract with Talk Talk but I was told will still get half price package for 6 months.

Sky HD Box = Free
Sky HD Installation = Free (should be £60 for existing customer)
Sky HD Subscription = £10
Sky Entertainment Pack = £11.50 (should be £23)

Total = £21.50 for 6 months

Best I could do after painfully trying all week.

How did you get that? I either have to subscribe to multiroom or pay for installation

Actually it's now not removing the HD pack, although it states free.

Got the half price pack by going through to cancellations last week.

Got Sky HD by using this link

filled in details, I put N/A for Business name, then phoned number

Got mine this morning and it's a Samsung.All i can say is WOW!! the picture on all channels is brilliant,even with out the HD,so when you get an HD channel,it is even more amazing.

According to the installer,the offer should only be for those who have been with Sky for a long time(such as myself) but it all depends on which call centre answers and who is at the other end of the phone.Which is bad really,no consistency and that is why it is unfair for so many.
