SKY HD Offer?

Got mine coming a week on Wednesday, all free.

I would just advise you guys to keep trying. It depends on the person on the other end of the phone. I was 3rd time lucky.

Those that have already had a new box delivered (I hope your still reading!) did you have a choice of box?

It's just the fella I spoke to said as mine is being fitted in the morning I should have a good selection to choose from. I would like a 500gb (don't expect the 1tb!), either Samsung or pace. It says on some of the advertising that you can record 60 hours and I have read that 60hrs would equate to a 500gb box.

I've had the same box for the last 16 or so years so think I deserve a new one. The current one I have has been on the blink a bit for the last 2 years...

I called sky this afternoon on 0800 0466 432.Just said to the chap that alot of my friends had a call and been offered,free Sky+Hd,free installation,free subs for 12mths.What if anything could they offer me?.
He tried to get all my info up on his system,seemed to take ages,then asked would it be ok to to call me back in 5mins,as he would need to reboot his system.I said yes thought that he would not call back,but suprise suprise he did.Getting it fitted a week on Thursday:j
I have been with sky for 15yrs and have the all the movies,just no sports channels.
Must admit over the years I have had a few deals on my package,ie Half price for 6mths.
So pleased I called now :beer:

Rang yesterday saying that wife was called on Friday and didn't know what to do. No joy.

Rang this morning on the 0800 number, put thru and hey presto, coming Tuesday. Free 12 months, free box and instal.

Yay, Mine coming 31st March - Phoned 0844 Number, spoke to a lovely guy, said my partner got the call yesterday but I was out and he couldnt do the order as I am account holder, he processed it and sorted!! He did say, well done... only certain people are being offered this deal!! 1st call too..... just keep trying guys!!

Though everyone needs to keep in mind, that the amount of deals that Sky has done will probably be very close 12000 already. And acc to some Sources thats the amount of customers, that will be getting this deal...
