That is actually not bad going, if this have only been with them 6 weeks and already passed on to an adjudicator, that is great news.
As many have had to wait months or even a year or so.;)
Well lets hope by 2 months its the news we're all waiting to hear, good luck.:D:):beer:
i see 2 more banks are about to be fined, i reckon one has got to be Lloyds.I'm proud to say that the banks no longer take money from me after becoming debt free0 -

Yeah me too, going by the amount of complaints they have to deal with and rejected, compared to other banks.

I agree!
Was just reading some slightly older news on these here:
http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/savings-and-banking/article.html?in_article_id=500266&in_page_id=7
It shows they are on top of the list, so although they don't have to name them, it is rather obvious isn't it? LOLThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Are these the same LLoyds as the banking group I wonder?
I have not checked the site in details but they have a direct complaint email addy, not seen this on the LLoyds banking group website before??

Going back to the recordings, My hubby only recently received his disc from them after asking again and again, as its been some time since he received his SAR info.
Anyway this is shocking.
Three calls, hubby to them, one from about last June, and the other 2 later on in 2009.
Despite there being loads of calls all year round, its a load of you know what!!!!:mad:
Saying that we cannot even call it 3 calls, the first one lasted 3 mins.
The 2nd one about the same but they cut the rest of the conversation off, it was so obvious, and the last one;
Well it was 2 seconds and nothing!!!The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
