just heard fromt he FOS that my case has been referrred to an adjudicator, and i have now got a load more forms to fill out, this happened quicker than i expected.
i suppose it now depends on how long it takes Lloyds to respond to the adjudicator.
i will keep all informed on how i get on

Hi
That is good news, hope you don't have to wait too long now for a decision, and I'm sure it will be a good one.
When the FOS were dealing with one of mine (Credit card) it was quicker than my hubby's, can't actually remember the timescale on it but don't think it was that long.
Hopefully if all straight forward you should hear of the outcome by 6 weeks from now at the most.

How long have this actually been in with the FOS?
so far its been with them for about 6 weeks, the letter metions i should here something in about 2 months so we shall see.
sent them the recording and the details of the other phonecalls which i have that Lloyds are adament never took place, along with details of where the Lloyds recording they sent has clear signs of editing.
i also got the confirmation Lloyds have recieved my complaint about the other 2 LPI policies on the basis they knew i already had the maximum insurance cover i can claim on in the form of income protection poilicies (these are with Lloyds as well), so should not have been advised to take their policy as would not have paid out.

it would be nice, but i think it will probably go towards reducing my mortgage as it will be quite a lot, i will probably just use my september golfing holiday as a celebration instead (if its sorted by then)I'm proud to say that the banks no longer take money from me after becoming debt free0 -

That is actually not bad going, if this have only been with them 6 weeks and already passed on to an adjudicator, that is great news.
As many have had to wait months or even a year or so.;)
Well lets hope by 2 months its the news we're all waiting to hear, good luck.:D:):beer:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
