Sure someone only needed the code on the letter when ordering it on-line.

i didnt have to use my 4 digit code when ordering online
i think you only need the 4 digit pin if you go to comet to collect
when i called up to place my order i had to answer all my details date of birth address etc childs name , and my password , that i entered on the application form , they seemed very tight on security and once you have ben accepted for the grant i think your name and details go on a databe
  • When my daughter does homework online she is allowed to somehow "email it back to her school account" and either the teacher views it online or they print it out there. It certainly saves us having to worry about a printer and ink ourselves. I think this makes it all the more important to have Microsoft Office so that docs etc are all compatible.

Still no Laptop. Has now been 2 weeks! Tried to cancel to go with Positive IT but there is no cancelation team to speak to. Have to wait for call back! Been waiting days for that! They said it's being delivered today with DHL so I asked for tracking code! There is no tracking code! I give up! They've taken the money and theres no laptop! Given up waiting now...seems like I can't do anything! Will see if it arrives today...I'm guessing it won't!!

i have read so many complaints about Bli i very nearly went with those as they were offering free software , but it wast as it sounded , it wasnt on a disc , and you had topay extra £20.00 , i would phone them again and insist on speaking to a manager , AND always get the name of the person you speak to , i fthey refuse a manager re call again until they do put you through or look for a head office number , i called Bli 4 times to ask some questions aboy this software and was told someone would call me back , i thencalled the order line and spoke to a guy asked him about the software and he told me it was all installed i said oh so its not on disc he said no , can i take your order i said sorry im not ordering he couldnt get off the phone quick enough once i said i wasnt ordering ...someone else did quote on another post few weeks ago that all they want to do is tale the orders but not answer any customer enquires , hope you get it soon and i hope other people read this and avoid Bli

wow thats good , i said to our child once they should send some ink home for all the printing you do lol as ink isnt cheap really is it , we only use the unbranded ink , that is compaitible with our epson , its not perfect but for kids homework it does the trick

My daughter can do that as well but sadly our PC, despite not being that old, keeps crashing for no reason so it is not worth them doing school work on it as it just gets wiped out!

Will be a God send to have something they can actually use, and as I said before something they can use to teach me.

i had not checked the sites for any latest deals in the last 10 days as we had our laptop now , but just had a quick look through them and it seems positive IT is still offering the free 2gb upgrade , xma is offering the free printer and BLi are still offering £570 worth of educational software ...althou its not what it seems and people are still waiting 2 -3 weeks for items ordered 2 weeks ago .... just incase anyone now ready to order i would strongly reccomend you check all sites that are doing the scheme , as they are varying :j

Still not here. Phoned them AGAIN for the fifth time today and asked to speak to a manager. They wont let me. I asked to be transfered to head office, they can't. Phoned number on their website and the woman said the call has to be transferred as it for Home Access! Then got told order is down to Centreprise!??? It's not being delivered today, it's now going to be tomorrow, well theres a surprise!! All I can say is they are a flippin con. I wouldn't order with them, and in fact if the laptop arrives tomorrow (ha ha) I will send it back for a refund as they are so rubbish!
