No, it finished a long time ago.
  • hi lisa do you have password please im at wits end thankyou x

well i rang Xma who were very quick to answer and extremely helpful got the passwords seems like someone forgot to put the user guide in the box and there's no recovery disc which was supposed to come with it but hey daughters happy and actually doing her homework, i must recommend getting the laptop with the free printer as my daughter has missed so much from not being able to print off simple things like historical pictures, hopefully we should see a dramatic improvement in marks due to having the necessary equipment at home instead of this stoneage desktop which my daughter has officially given me for my course work.If anyone has same prob with missing parental password let me know i'll pass it on.

It's been a few years but I remember our default password was "WELCOME"

  • The link to Home Access in the MSE description seems to be a dead link.

Is this scheme still active and if so where do I apply for the grant?

    Thanks
