  • I got a form for this a while back and put it int he draw and forgot about it, I got it out this afternoon but after looking on the site it seems that only certain children can get this now....as I got the form some time ago would I still be entitled?

Yes, if you have the application, you are. (at least thats how I remember it) but you better hurry, as it's first come first serve, and they where running out of slots a few months ago when I asked (something like 10,000 remianing, and this was way back then)

Hope this helps. If I were you, I would call them first thing tommorow morning just to ask, before you spend money posting it.
  • Well worth applying, my daughter just received her samsung from misco. Ordered it on Friday midday, computer came Monday 11.00. Excellent machine.

Thank for the info, just called them and they said that if I received the application before the dead line 2 weeks ago then I can still apply, so sending this off this morning.

my sons 12 months prepaid 3 dongle, says ran out of data when he gos online, ive only had it 2 months, could it be that my son uses it for facebook and msn.youtube ect,

Same happened to my sons ,contacted 3 and was told to buy more credit as the dongle has been used up,that was the first call to them but on second call they said to get in touch with home access as they're not allowed to discuss anything with me ???, just contacted positive it who sent the package and was told to send the sim card to them and they'll sort it out with 3 so if you've got dongle problems contact the company who issued it.

My card has come today, how does the pin work with ordering over the phone at Misco? Do you need to give them your pin over the phone?

Ah well i waited for the PIN just in case (although i don't know why i thought they'd want it over the phone, it's just like a normal bank card!) and have just ordered the Samsung from Misco, he said i'll get it by Thursday at the latest. My DS is going to be beside himself with excitement.

Received the Samsung today. Netintelligence said it was waiting for settings from the net and would take about 20 mins.

5 hours later i've uninstalled it *rolleyes* and can now access the internet...
