Password was on a piece of paper in box with laptop from XMA anyway & says ACTIVATION CODES on it.
I'd like to add that I ordered the kids laptop by phone on Tuesday morning & it arrived Weds morning & I was texted to say it would arrive between 10-30 & 11-30 & it did! Very impressed with XMA & although the helpline didn't at first realise the problem with the dongle & Netintelligence when they were busy they did exactly what they said they would & called me back.
I can't say getting the laptop set up was smooth, but all is forgotten now it's up & running & everyone I have called has been extremely helpful & patient

thank's found the piece of paper with the activation code on!

Sister sent hers over a week ago and thought she will give them a call to see if they received it. They said wait 3 weeks then check for progress if no reply has been heard in that period.

Just want to know how soon others heard their decision after sending off their application.
Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problems :( Well at least i learn something on the way :D

For people having problems with netinteligence
    try Brightfilter Parental Control 2009
normally 29.99 get it free here clicky

    One-click filtering
Parents can just set pre-defined levels of internet access according to age. Just click the A, G, 12, 15, 18 icons and Brightfilter will automatically filter Internet content relevant to that age.

    Tools to tailor your filtering
You still have full control, should you want to specifically allow or deny any particular website or category.

    Surf-time
You can limit your child’s access by time of day. If you don’t want them surfing the web at night, or during homework time - you just select the hours you want to disable Internet access. It’s like setting the heating timer, but easier.

    Make your PC safer
Viruses and Spyware that can infect your PC come from malicious websites. Brightfilter keeps a list of these, and automatically blocks them - limiting the risk of your PC becoming infected.

It works on all typical PCs
Brightfilter works on Windows XP or Vista and Windows 7. It doesn’t matter whether you browse the web with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari or any other browser software - Brightfilter works with them all.
Bright Filter home page for mor info

    Chelski wherever you may be

  • Just received my card and ordered from XMA, the Toshiba but thought you would all like to know they are also adding to the package for free a Lexmark wireless printer and a 2gb usb flash drive. I was going to order from them anyway but am really pleased with the added extras. My son will be so happy on Monday when it all arrives.
