The one from P.IT doesn't come with MS Word, but does have Office which is very similar. However as mine use MS Word at school I thought it best they use the same one so bought a copy from software4students at a very discounted rate.0 -
I have just called the telephone number to see if I am eligable for a grant and although I (or my sons) qualify in all areas (except our location) we are not eligable as we live in Wales. Is there a similar scheme that runs for those of us who don't happen to live in England?
I hope someone can help.
Many thanks0 -

Which seems to be the best one that includes broardband? I see a lot of people mentioning the PositiveIT Samsung. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm just looking into this now for my kids. The one from Positive IT doesn't come with Microsoft Office 2007, but does come with Open Office. Open Office is a FREE prog that anyone could download from the net, so they're not really giving you anything.
I'll post again in a little while when I've decided what to go for.In the beginning, the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and was widely regarded as a bad move. The late, great, Douglas Adams.0 -
