Depends on where the weather station is for your area, the weather station for my area is further south than me, not much, but it can be freezing where I live but not freezing where the weather station is.0 -

I am on ESA Income Related Main Component Support Group, but have not got any cold weather payments last year winter or this year so far.
I'm not fussed about it, but I seem to be entitled for it so just wondering why I have not? (Post code NG15)0 -

You may also be eligible for a Cold Weather Payment for each qualifying week if you are getting Income Support, income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance or income-related Employment and Support Allowance in the assessment phase AND have one of the following:- a pensioner premium, higher pensioner premium or enhanced pensioner premium
- a disability premium, enhanced disability premium or severe disability premium
- a disabled child premium
- Child Tax Credit that includes a disability or severe disability element
- a child who is under five in the family

I wouldn't put it passed the Tories to be deliberately delaying them, with the hope killing off some more poor, sick and disabled people!
They don't care about removing benefit from people who have wrongly been found fit for work.
You have to wait months and months to get your appeal heard, and now people are having their DLA gets removed when they fail the ATOS test!0
