Cold weather payments: quickly check if you're entitled

My wife (58) is on DLO at the higher rate (as she cannot walk many steps without falling over). I used the postcode checker and noted that:-
The Met Office have notified the Department for Work and Pensions that 1 period of very cold weather has occurred in the DT4 postcode area between 1 November 2010 and 22 December 2010, triggering a Cold Weather Payment.
If you have qualified for Cold Weather Payments since 1 November 2010 and live in this postcode area, you are due to receive 1 Cold Weather Payment.
Given that she is disabled and given that there has been one period of very cold weather, I took it that she would receive the payment.
I then noticed that there was a note stating that Postcode Checker may not be issuing correct information and to look at another link. This didn't show DT4 etc.
I'm now wondering if indeed there will be a payment coming our way. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Income Support and Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
If you are in receipt of Income Support or Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, you will usually receive Cold Weather Payments if you also have any of following:- a disability or pensioner premium
- a child who is disabled
- Child Tax Credit that includes a disability or severe disability element
- a child under five living with you
