  • Hi

There have been 2 triggered for my postcode and I haven't received any!

I know I am eligible as I have received them for the last 6 years.

It may be due to the problems Lloyds banking group are having with Faster Payments etc... details are on BBC News:

Some bank customers had reported waiting for money, including wages, to be transferred into their accounts, and now not knowing when the payments would arrive.

    I

I really hope I get both payments this week... my gas and electric meters need topping up urgently!

just wondering... im still not in reciept of any IS, ESA ETC but off work, without any SSP now.

im waiting for DWP to sort out my income support OR esa my employer has flled in forms saying im not entitled to ssp and stating when i was off work, but still waiting...

also my wifes immigration status is cloudy (she came back to the country with me after working abroad - EEA national etc but got a no recourse stamp etc... )

technically im a "single parent" of two children under five (both british) ive made it clear that either they pay single parent rate, or couples rate... but still they are arguing about wifes status...

what im wondering (which since im credit meter, its not such a fuss as prepay) weve had 2 cold spells to trigger the payment whilst ive been off work...

should i get these payments made when my claim is sorted? or since im not in reciept atm (despite a claim) will i miss out on the payments?

It's 2 payments you should be receiving, not 3. The first payment should be just about to go into your bank, possibly today (Wednesday), if not then in the next few days. The first trigger point for the payment for DL4 was reached on Monday 14 January with the second exactly 7 days later and payments can take up to 14 days to reach a bank account. Your second payment should then be in your bank about 7 days later (ie mid to late next week).

Been freezing here since last thursday, live in pennines - up on tops, temperature in day been max 1'c and below most days and night time dropping to as low as -6'c, but no cold weather payment provisioned as of yet. Whats up, has the Government not noticed how cold its been.

    It's only Tuesday - that's not a week yet.

It also depends on where your weather station is - it may not be as cold there as it is where your home is.

you say its been 1 degree max.
it has to below freezing for 7 consecutive days to trigger a cold weather payment.
so if it got to 1 degree on 1 day .... no cold weather payment!
