I genuinely think the OP has self esteem issues. I dont think she is now saying she wants someone else, its just her thoughts trying to rationalise how everything is going to be ok. It will never be ok until you realise you dont need anybody other than yourself to find happiness.
I think some people are being too hard here.
And I dont condone affairs at all. But she is hurting!!

Why shouldn't Mrs Moc say that to his wife and kids? I've been the wife in this situation, and Mrs Moc's comments pretty much sum up my feelings about the other woman in the triangle I experienced. She's messed up, she's got self esteem issues, she'll never be happy until she realises that a man is not the answer to her problems, and she's hurting a great deal.
I hope very much that she will sort out her own emotional problems so she won't keep repeating what she did to my family and put other wives and kids through the heartache my kids and I experienced.

I really emphathise with you hannah, it has to be the worst feeling in the world that you have been cheated on, for those it hasn't happened too, lets hope it doesn't......But I'm still in the same mindset...... Nobody is stringing up the husband here, it's all "Karma" about Bargain Hunter getting her cumuppance... What about the serial cheating bar steward who has wrecked all these lives....
