I ordered BT BB direct option 3 @ 24.49/month but had to take it for 12 months (have been a BT customer for years and BT bb for 2yrs).
No phone though. I asked for a free hub phone and they held out against this - new customers only. grrrr
Does anyone have a definite piece of literature/advert that I could use to argue the case for getting a free handset?
I would like to know about the best handsets too if anyone has advice.
My preference is a multi-set with a base station that has number keys on the base unit - for entering all those digits esily when dialling call entres etc - and for robust number keys (those on existing BT Quartet 1500 now broke).
