    My work sales are just trickling through - I think we had half a dozen this week

    Sold a couple on my home one too

    It does still seem very quiet whereas my eBay items are doing really well

    Last week I sold some vinyl and the buyer isn't happy with its condition. It was only ever described as 'good' with its flaws described in the listing. Heyho. I'm happy to refund the buyer. Two questions:

    1. can i ask for the buyer to return the item

    2. It appeared I received an official amazon email with the complaint. However, I can't find any reference to the complaint on my actual amazon account. Where might I find this? I'd like to reply via amazon only.

    You need to go into your messages on Amazon to reply. You should also ask for it to be returned before refunding

    Is everyone else still finding it slow going at the moment?

    I noticed while listing today that you can offer a faster delivery method as an opt-in but I don't quite understand it

    I've tried doing some research on that "express delivery - 24 hours", of which I'm assuming it's special delivery on how much Amazon will give the sellers for postage credits but the help pages seem to be going in circles!

    Is it just me having trouble with the listing tool tonight, it seems that every barcode I list it's throwing up "Please note: The item you indicated is not currently in our catalog." errors, 1 or 2 out of 10 I can understand, but 10 out of the 10 throwing up that error (and inputting the bar-codes on MusicMagpie are working so it's not a dodgy barcode)

    Their rates are still fixed as well, but whilst Amazon appear to be messing up express delivery I'm going to leave it well alone.

    I just did my monthly sales figures and was surprised that I sold more last month than for the previous 3 months, yet it felt like a slow month to me.

    Arghh, you don't get a pending for months and then in just over a week I get 4. The first one I got cancelled as it went on for a week and CS said they would release it for me, the other three are still pending. One of them needs to go through ASAP as it is a just released book and if i don't sell it while it is in the charts the price will plummet.
