    They get thicker!

I am reading the deathly hallows at the moment because I never read it *slaps hand* I am nearly finished because I spent all day yesterday reading but I am off to the market and dunelm this morning so I can't finish it till this afternoon :( Who would have thought I would have rather been inside reading than out shopping for crafty stuff!?
My DD read the first 5 books in 5 days. Oh to be 6 years old with nothing better to do! Mind you I'm not reading or sewing at the moment.

HMO your quilt is gorgeous. They both are. Hart, lucky you on the overlocker! I used one when I went to my dressmaking classes and they are great. Ill have to stick to using my overcasting foot which I only recently discovered that I had. Doh!

and HMO - it made me smile seeing your comments about Harry Potter. JK Rowlings new site (with new material that hasn't been published) just finished a comp for BETA testers today. There was a comp to enter Pottermore.com before it is open to everyone in October. I managed to be one of the lucky million to get early access, so I am a bit Potter minded these days!

It goes without saying, I am a bit of a Harry fan :o (the first book came out when I was in my early teens, so I did kind of grow up with the beginning of Pottermania)

Nice to find another fan within my age group! It does feel very strange but I am confident that the Pottermore extras will help the HP world live on, there is going to be a lot of material released through the site about things we haven't been told of in the books.

I cannot comment on Pottermore as we have to wait for our welcome emails before we can enter the website. At my age, I am far too excited to find out which Hogwarts House JK Rowling will put me in!

The fabric is gorgeous on this, I'd definately buy this kind of bag if I saw it in a shop. Well done!

i am not really into HP but as i said i was curious when my dd watched the film at the end of a HP themed party.

But as ive got 4 books from my cousin i thought i would read them.

i found they made me laugh in places and i got into the story, dont think i will br running out to buy the rest of the books but have enjoyed them so far.

Nykied yes it is Moda Its A Hoot it was a charm pack and i bought Moda solid in cream by the Mtr which i cut up into 5x5 to match the charm pack, to bulk it out so that i could get the two quilts from one pack.

Mooloo love the bag i am sure ive seen that fabric before, it loos fun
