i bought this fabric which i have to say is not me at all, but thought i would try it anyway i still dont like it but am sure someone will so i think its going to have to go on either my ebay or folksy shop, i cannot warm to it at all.
I made my own pattern using my pazzles software which i then printed to form my template and its based on a tutorial that Hart posted a link to on her blog.
The fabric is Alexnader Henry Los Novios
I think this looks great - just right for an early teen. I have made a notice board today for the kitchen using Alexander Henry fabric called Day of the Dead. Have to admit I not 100% happy with it but hubby likes it. Will post a photo once it's on the wall so you can get the full impact.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j

ive bought online from the US for the past 10 yrs and have never had any problems - as long as you keep the amount you spend low, and fairly infrequent, then you tend to avoid import charges too

Hmo - I agree about the teenagers liking your makeup bag, it is very funky and just what a lot of them like these days. My youngest was into skulls last year, this year its pinks again but I am sure there are some of her friends still into the goth thing.
Spent the afternoon yesterday with my Grandson, he came round to make his camoflage bag. Photos on my blog, thanks Mooloo for the fabric, he is well pleased xx0 -

Have decided to make Christmas presents for the 7 children I'll be giving to this year (2 are my DDs) am going to make name plaques with dolls/animals hanging off them, maybe on a swing, so going to start practising now!
Am probably being stupid but how do I upload pictures straight frommy computer?
Thanks x
hi i am not sure yoiu can upload them directly from your computer i think you have to have them on the net first, somewhere like a blog of photo sharing site, photobucket etc.
once they are on there you right click the photo then choose properties and and you copy the image name and details.
then when you come on here you post your reply and along the top on the reply box you will see a yellow square like envelope you click on that and paste the detail into the box that will come up.0 -
