    Hi all.

Managed to make the first two blocks - week 1 and 2 from crazymums star quilt along - for my quilt. In the middle of having my kitchen refitted at the moment so no photos yet. Will post a piccie once I get sorted.

Will get on and cut out my patches tomorrow hopefully. I keep putting myself off because I have so much to do around the house and DH won't stay at home at the weekend. It's most annoying!

As I can't sew for the time being I am on the look out for books :D
I had to go into town this morning, went on the train :D, so I just had to go in the charity shops while waiting to get back and I saw this lovely book buried on the bottom shelf :D

This is how my dream sewing room would look :D
There are some lovely quilts and how to do them in this book and the lady working in the shop was a bit miffed she had not seen it :rotfl:

Reminds me of the shop just over the road from John Lewis Oxford St, can't remember what it's called though.

    Just remembered macculloch-wallis
