    I was looking at dressmaker dummy it was out of my price range then i googled dressmaker dummy and stumbled upon you tube tutorials on making one and there are loads of tutorials on you tube :-) Nat I have that pattern! waiting on the fabric to arrive hopefully tomorrow i ordered a jersey knit one


    Oooh, lets have a look at it when youve done! Im hoping to hem mine and alter the bck on Saturdday, then ill popst a piccy!

    I picked one of these up the other night and showed it to DS (he's 7) and he said he liked my cushions better :D

    there's a pattern for union jack wall hanging in this months quilting mag...could adapt for cushion?

    Oh i spent all day trying to do this union jack cushion! it looked fine when i worked it out on paper scaling inches to cm but ended up with a huge one and cut it down and it still does not look right, i have to leave it now cos got the get the dinner on and head out to work .. here is a pic of it so far ...

    Do you have a photocopier at work? you could use photocopiable OHP transparencies. You can probably buy them cheaply on ebay as everyone does Powerpoint slideshows on their laptops these days.

    and Kaz I can never add photos when I am using Firefox, so have to go remember to go into Internet Explorer if I am doing anything online that involves photos.
