i thought i had posted a picture last week directly from my pc, or am i wrong.

do i have to have my photo somewhere else on the web and link to it that way, if so where do you keep them please

I joined flikr for that purpose but have now realised I can link from my blog. I quite like flikr though, good for inspiration and so many different "groups" to browse through.

Ahhh yes, you either need an online account with a photo hosting account. Or you need to link to photos in a blog account or (not sure) perhaps facebook?

    Cheers

The bag is lovely but I agree with the button - maybe a toggle or fancy chinese knotted button (like you get on those suzy wong type dresses) or brass button

I've threaded two rows of red and green beads onto narrow ribbon to use instead and it looks better now.
  • Hart, you've made some lovely things there. Is there anything inside the crackers or are they just for decoration?

Wow what a lovely pink quilt to snuggle up to. Well done Nanny. I like the hand embroidered message. Did she hand quilt the patchwork?

Hart44 love the crayon rolls and the handy bucket for keeping fabrics in. (hmm might have to do one meself as the cupboards are getting a bit full)

Georgibaby; Your bag is a gorgeous colour, also agree with a bigger button :0)

I just got all brave and tried to join flickr to be able to post photos but it said it would not accept the registration right now and to try again in a few hours. Am I doing something wrong? :o

pennib she used a machine to sew the blocks together , then to sew the blocks onto the strips . but once the wadding was added she hand sewed around every square .

thankyou for all the comments. my dd is in love with it. it was a early 7th birthday pressie for my little princess.
