On the subject of "Taggie" blankets - Are there any rules for the length of ribbon used to make the tags? I'm thinking for safety reasons as I fancy making some Should the tags be big enough for little fingers to push into or small enough that they can't?
Sorry if this is a stupid question!0 -
Hi
This is my first post on this thread but I was wondering does anyone know where I can get organza elastic from? I would like to make my daughter some headbands & clips using bows & ribbons! But I'm not sure where to get it from! If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really greatful!!
I have tried Ebay but don't know where else to look!!
Many Thanks Jan X:j0 -
The ES2020 has the needle threader and is £159, £20 cheaper than the B2100
I must be reading this wrong then as the website says
The Brother ES2020 has the same specification (except for needle threader) as the more expensive BC2100 but at £159.00, offers incredible value.

I really must pull my finger out, need to make some baby stuff for a friend as I'm obviously working to a clock:D, I've decided what to make and unusually I have all the stuff I need except for motivation! I've also drafted myself a shirt pattern that I need to test out but can't be bothered! DD1 needs another skort before holidays and again I have the stuff just not the motivation.
Someone kick me up the bum and tell me to get on with it!!0 -

I found this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/70-yards-Ruffled-Elastic-Organza-20mm-ASORTED-COLORS-/390084449847
Or if you google stretch organza quite a few options come up!

Sorry stand corrected having one of those days and can't even remember what sewing machine I have.
I have in fact got the ES2020 with NO needle threader lol.
When I was looking a couple of months ago the BC2100 was about £220.
Apologies for the confusion.Mortgage
