Hi everyone,
I have bought two sewing patterns, one for a dress and one for a hat for the wedding I am going to in May (my Son's). Thought as I am dieting it would be easier if I can wait and make it nearer the time and get a good fit but still give me time to choose the style and fabric. I would like a bolero type jacket to go over the top, a short one as the dress has a peplum. Been looking for a pattern online, want something similar to this one http://www.flickr.com/photos/creationathurelle/8005697381/
But it seems to be an old pattern and can't find a stockist. Dont want to pay the earth either, do any of you know of a pattern going similar? The dress has quite a high neck
I would want a size 16 I should think (hopefully by then lol). I am not sure which style to have, would need to be one that comes down from the shoulders without a front neck like if you get what I mean.
If any of you already have a pattern I could buy off you or borrow, would be great, if not any ideas appreciated xx0 -

Sorry Rufus I've not seen that pattern. Our c.s. sometimes have old sewing patterns in, maybe you might find something in there.
Here is another quilt that I've just finished. The back is a piece of cloth that I asked everyone, who was at my dd wedding reception 15 years ago, to sign and then was embroidered. It was doing nothing in a drawer for many years so now it has got a new lease of life.
More piccys on me bl*g0 -
