Thanks for the compliments. I am wondering if I should be putting my Mooloo Cow buttons somewhere on them. Except they only face one way. I shall have to experiment.
Just back from my parents, where my Mum showed me her latest disc for the Memory Slice. Mostly words, so not what i want for the sewing side, I just use the bigger symbols on mine, as they dont cut out as well on material.
    Happy sewing everyone.

Love the quilt Claire Bear, you have a lot of sewing ahead of you!!

Gave up finding the camera, so used my phone, so masses of piccies alert!!

Here's what I have made in the past week:

My first patchwork pincushion, with a Dorset button I made

My first attempt at crazy nine-patch patchwork, hope to make it into a cushion cover.

My Valentine card for DH x

The bag I started at the free-motion quilting workshop, finished yesterday. Each square was quilted separately. I lined it, adding pockets and a magnetic catch too.

Sorry if the post is too long, but really pleased at being able to post pictures again, and it has been quite a productive week :D

Lovely work Keiss, I just cant get motivated again, had all weekend to myself but never lifte.d a finger towards doing some sewing. I do want to have a go at the machine quilting, that bad looks really good. I have no excuses as I have the new foot for machine, its just getting me in the mood to do something.

Rufus, I have had days/weeks feeling like that, don't worry, you'll get your mojo back, soon hopefully! Just feel like I am having to make up for time lost at the moment!!

Hope you get itchy fingers soon :)

I have itchy fingers to make, so I have been making the baby booties while watching Tv, hand sewing. I could make loads much faster if I was doing them on the machine, but I cannot leave DGD to do it at the moment. But it keeps me relaxed and busy.
It important that i get my workroom emptied out asap and store my bits in the loft while I move DGD into the bigger room, and then set up the smaller room for my sewing, and only put things in it as I sort and organise it. (This may take me some time).
I will have much less time soon, as I am to start to look after my youngest grandchild as her Mum goes back to work. I am sharing the care, with her other granny. Although I am so far only going to have one day, and the other granny now has 3 days.
I would like to be able to make and recycle our clothes this year and not buy anymore if I can help it. Bit of a tall order really but I am hoping that it will get me working and not just storing makes all over the place.

Keiss - such beautiful makes! How many hours a day do you spend sewing?

I haven't made anything this week. I look after my grandson between two and four days a week (dependant on sil's shifts) so time is precious. I'm sure you'll feel the difference, Mooloo!!
