    Mooloo, this afternoon, I think I would rather have been sewing tinsel than getting out staples. I have never seen so many in my life lol. I am sure each dining chair has more staples than my three seater sofa had. I have stripped two chairs and rubbed them down and revarnished them. They can stay up on the table over night to dry off then I will have a look in the morning and see if they look ok or whether they need another coat before covering. I am hoping the actual covering wont take as long as the stripping. My hands and arms ache like mad tonight and I have another four chairs to go yet.

    hello everyone...i would be very greatfull if someone could recommend a good rag doll pattern please,im not that good a sewing but can manage a bit.

    can i join please i am about to get a straight sewing machine but have an old one Jones but i cant get it to sew more than 2 inches without getting stuck atm not even sure if its threaded right!

    Otherwise google in IMAGES for doll tutorial and you should get a few to choose from.
